MILESTONES
Kevin Kolus, Charles Sickon celebrate their first year
Cleveland-July 13, 1997 is the first anniversary of Kevin Kolus and Charles Sickon. On that day a year ago, the two were married in a ceremony attended by their friends and families. The following poem was given to them by Charles' aunt Sharon Rose, to mark the occasion.
Today is your wedding day Two lovers become as one Your vows that you both will speak
Always keep them in your
hearts to stay.
It starts a new life
For both of you
Remember to each other
To always be true.
Grooms are I, Kevin Kolus, r, Charles Sikon.
Remember love, it's not just a word.
Love is so much more as you both know, I'm sure.
As you both slip the rings on each other's hand.
Remember this is a symbol of your love
May this day be blessed
From our Father above.
Kevin and Charles, take one day at a time. Look at each other and say,
"You will always be mine."
Let Jesus in your hearts too. Why? Because he loves you And I do too.
